Racquet x Topdeck Travel AUS Photo Tour

Topdeck Travel x Bob Sala (Rolling Stone/Germany) Photography Tour

Racquet Creative transformed the 'agency' concept with the launch of their Racquet Studio branch, a fire-of-its-kind agency that had no commissions on its rosters photographers. Over 70 photographers around the globe were part of the brand, which was created from the ground up by those who now stand behind Served Neat. The 'Topdeck Travel x Bob Sala' tour is a prime example of the business model at play. Using a primary sponsor (international travel giant Topdeck Travel) that received tier one ROI, the tour was backed by roughly fifteen of Australia's most respected and up-and-coming fashion labels. The business model relied on stacking large-scale concepts and generating revenue from the ideation of concepts, rather than the traditional idea of siphoning 10-20% from the creative.

For this particular tour on the Australian East Coast (one of four major tours), Topdeck's provision of a bus and amazing transport allowed the team to shoot at spectacular locations (sourced by us, with all set design completed internally) and offer a high return on campaign / product photography for the brands involved. Additional value was added with the inclusion of rostered photographer Bob Sala, who flew from Germany and took part in the entirety of the tour. Sala has shot for Rolling Stone and is a official Fuji brand rep.

Brands included Beach Burrito, Afends, Zulu & Zephyr, Volley, Sunday Somewhere, For Lovers Only, Ziggy Denim and many more. Overview of credits listed below:
